1. Room Price List for 2023:

Lion House:

Extra large bedroom with en-suite bathroom- R4000

2 x large bedrooms - R3900 (One Shared bathroom)

Eagle House:

2 x large newly renovated rooms - R3800

3 x normal sized rooms - R3650

(Price for both houses includes - fully furnished rooms, water, unlimited unthrottled fibre, cleaning service, shuttle service and R100 prepaid electricity during summer and R200 during the winter months *June-Aug*)

2. Admin and contract fees:

Contract: R300

Credit check and admin : R350

3. Deposit:

Fully refundable rental deposit: Equal to half of rent (Can be paid over two months) 

Security Deposit: R1250
